Dan DeSantis is a Founding Partner of Provariant Equity Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm focused on investing in and growing lower middle-market companies. With more than two decades of experience in private equity and M&A, Dan has built a career partnering with entrepreneurs and management teams to scale businesses and create long-term value. 

Prior to co-founding Provariant, Dan spent 18 years with Linsalata Capital Partners, where he led investments across a variety of industries. He began his career at Ernst & Young, advising middle-market companies on transaction strategy and execution. 

Dan is actively involved in sourcing and executing investments, as well as working closely with portfolio company leadership teams to drive growth and operational improvement. He holds a B.S. from Miami University and an MBA with distinction from Northwestern University.
